- Double Up On Your Reading: From 1st November 2005 to 31st January 2006, everyone’s loan quota of books from the National Library Board has been doubled. Ordinary members can up borrow up to 8 books and/or magazines (previously 4). For Premium members, they can now borrow up to 16 items and up to 8 AV items (from 8 and 4 respectively). So, go on down to any of the public libraries and start borrowing.
