They also have a blog, which is written by a real librarian from Cleveland Public Library. - Perceptions of Libraries and Information Resources
It’s a summary of findings of an international study on information-seeking habits and preferences. A very simple report to show what do the public perceive of what a library is.

Quite an interesting list of dos and don’ts that this librarian wants to advocate for people approaching her counter (be it reference or circulation). Have to agree to most of the points as some people just don’t have the common courtesy or they think they own the world so that can harass and shout at you.
