Happen to chance upon this website. Apparently, today (12 April) is the national D.E.A.R. Day in the US. For them, D.E.A.R. Day is “to remind and encourage families to make reading together on a daily basis a family priority.” And it’s on 12 April to celebrate Beverly Cleary
