SinGeo: Visualise Singapore
SinGeo seems like a very interesting site and I have added it to my favorites.
There isn’t much on SinGeo at the moment, but it already looks like a very promising one. The site focuses on visualizing Singapore, primarily through the use of Google Earth. Future plans include providing routes for traversing Singapore by foot, bike or car as well as placemarks of various locations in Singapore in Google Earth.
There are already some interesting posts such as the one posted today on an image overlay of the Bishan area post-World War II. Well, interesting to me as I stay around the Bishan area. The other one is an overlay of the upcoming developmental plans of the Marina Channel.
You definitely need Google Earth to enjoy the overlays.
